Nice to meet you

Send us a name. We'll take care of you, and a cause you pick.

We're the people businesses call when their computers, email, or phones go down, and the ones who keep hackers and scammers out in the first place. If you know a business that needs us, there's something in it for you and something in it for the community.

In plain English

What we actually do

No jargon. Four things, and that's the whole business.

We keep the lights on

Computers, email, phones, Wi-Fi, servers. When something breaks, we fix it, usually before anyone at the office notices.

We keep the bad guys out

Ransomware, fake invoices, email scams that redirect a payment to the wrong account. We stop most of it, and we watch for the rest.

We make sure nothing is ever lost

Backups that actually work, because we test them. If a storm, a fire, or a hacker takes out an office, the business keeps running.

We're who they call

One number, real people, no phone tree. Most of our clients don't have an IT department. We are the IT department.

Two promises

Everybody wins on this one

If you point us toward a business and it turns into a customer, two things happen automatically.

5%

Goes to a good cause

Five percent of every new sale goes to a nonprofit doing real work in the communities we serve. We choose one, we tell you who it is, and we tell you exactly what we sent.

Or you choose. Got a cause you care about, like a youth program, a food bank, a shelter, a rescue, or your church's outreach? Name it when you send the referral and that's where your five percent goes.

10%

Goes to you

A finder's fee worth ten percent of that customer's first three months of service, paid to you in the fourth month. Cash, no strings, no cap on how many you send.

You don't have to sell anything, know anything technical, or be in the room. Give us a name, or give them ours. That's the whole job.

The easy part

Who we're looking for

You already know these people. Roughly 10 to 100 employees, and they depend on their computers to get paid.

  • Law firms, especially injury and malpractice firms handling big settlements
  • Accounting and financial firms
  • Manufacturers and machine shops
  • Construction, engineering, and contractors
  • Property management and real estate offices
  • Any business with more than one location

Three steps

How it works

1

Tell us who

Fill out the form below, call, or email us a name and a business. Or hand them our card and tell us you did. If you've got a cause in mind for the 5%, tell us then too.

2

We take it from here

We reach out, offer a free assessment, and give them a written report on what we find, whether or not they hire us. You're done.

3

Everybody gets paid

Once they've been with us three months, we pay your finder's fee and send the 5% to the cause, ours or the one you named. We'll tell you exactly what both amounts were.

The details

  • The finder's fee is 10% of the new client's first three months of recurring service revenue, excluding hardware, software licensing, and pass-through costs. It's paid in the fourth month, provided those first three months have been invoiced and paid.
  • The 5% donation is calculated on the first twelve months of recurring service revenue from each new client, and we'll tell you what it came to. If you name the cause, it needs to be a registered 501(c)(3) in good standing; we'll confirm it before we commit. We can't send it somewhere that benefits you or your family directly, and we may decline a nomination that isn't a fit. If we do, we'll say so and you can pick another.
  • We can't pay a finder's fee to anyone who has authority over the buying decision at the company being referred, or to anyone whose employer, license, or professional rules prohibit accepting one. Ask us if you're not sure; we'd rather sort it out up front.
  • One fee per new client, paid to whoever contacted us first.
  • Referral fees are income and may be reportable. We'll need a W-9 before we can pay you.
  • We reserve the right to decline a referral, and to change or end this program going forward. Anything already earned still gets paid.
