Solutions

Managed IT, cybersecurity & cloud services

One accountable team for your computers, your security, and the paperwork that proves both are under control. Built for law firms, manufacturers, and professional services firms that can't afford a bad day.

What's included

What we run for you

Pick what you need. Most clients start with security and managed IT, then add the rest as the findings memo shows where the gaps are.

01

Managed security (MSSP)

Protection that someone is actually watching, with a person accountable for what the alerts mean.

  • Endpoint detection and response on every workstation and server
  • Email filtering, impersonation protection, and alerts on suspicious sign-ins and mailbox rules
  • Multi-factor sign-in and conditional access across Microsoft 365
  • Security awareness training and phishing simulations with completion records
02

Managed IT and help desk

The day-to-day running of your technology, owned by one team instead of whoever is free.

  • Help desk for your staff, with tickets tracked through to resolution
  • Monitoring, patching and maintenance for workstations, servers and network gear
  • New-hire setup and same-day access removal when someone leaves
  • Vendor management: we make the call to the line-of-business software or internet provider
03

Backup and recovery

Backups only count if they restore. We prove it before you need it.

  • Backups for servers, Microsoft 365 mailboxes, OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Scheduled test restores, with results written down
  • A recovery time you have agreed to in advance, not discovered during an outage
04

Microsoft 365 and cloud

Your tenant set up the way Microsoft recommends, not the way it was clicked together years ago.

  • Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive configuration and migrations
  • Azure for servers and file storage that don't need to live in a closet
  • Device management with Intune so lost laptops and phones can be locked or wiped
  • Separate, locked-down environments when contracts require them, such as GCC High for CMMC
05

Compliance and documentation

The paperwork regulators, carriers, auditors and clients ask for, kept current.

  • Written information security plans (WISP) and policies fitted to how you actually work
  • Cyber insurance applications answered accurately, with the controls behind every yes
  • Client and supplier security questionnaires, with evidence attached
  • CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 readiness for defense suppliers
06

IT strategy and budgeting

A plan for the next three years instead of a surprise every quarter.

  • Quarterly business reviews in plain language
  • A technology roadmap and budget tied to what the business is trying to do
  • Hardware and license lifecycle tracking so replacements are planned, not emergencies

How it works

Three steps, starting free

Step 1

Assess

A short call, then a review of your environment. You get a written findings memo: what's protected, what isn't, and what we'd fix first. It's yours whether or not you hire us.

Step 2

Close the biggest gaps

Onboarding starts with the fixes that cut the most risk for the least money: sign-in protection, backups that restore, and access for people who shouldn't have it.

Step 3

Run it and report

Ongoing management for a predictable monthly cost, with regular reviews so you can see what changed and what's next.

Straight answers

What people ask before they call

We already have an IT person. Do you replace them?

Usually not. We often work alongside an in-house person or a trusted part-timer. They keep the day-to-day relationships; we add security monitoring, documentation, depth when they're out, and the tools a one-person shop can't justify.

Do you only work with law firms, manufacturers and professional services firms?

Those are the industries we know best and have built specific services for. The same protections apply to most businesses that hold sensitive data and can't afford downtime, so ask.

Where are you located?

We're headquartered in Atlanta and support clients remotely across the US, with on-site work when a job needs hands on equipment.

How is pricing set?

After the assessment, once we know what you have and what needs fixing. You see the number before you commit to anything.

What happens in the first 30 days?

We document what you have, take over monitoring and backups, and start on the urgent items from the findings memo. You'll know who to call from the first day.
