These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Overwatch MSP website and to the text messaging program described below. Overwatch MSP is a trade name of Overwatch Technology ("Overwatch MSP," "we," "us"). Managed IT and security services we provide to customers are governed by the separate agreement we sign with each customer; if these Terms conflict with that agreement, the customer agreement controls.
Use of Our Website
1.1 You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site or its security, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
1.2 The content on this website is provided for general information and is not legal, financial or security advice for your specific situation. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current.
1.3 The Overwatch MSP name, logos and website content are owned by Overwatch Technology. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
2.1 Program description. Overwatch MSP uses text messaging for one-to-one conversations between our staff and our customers and prospective customers. Messages may include support ticket updates, scheduling and technician arrival notices, follow-up questions, replies to messages you send us, and account or service notices. We do not use this program to send marketing or bulk promotional messages.
2.2 How you opt in. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, for example when you sign up for service, submit a support request or form, or provide your number to your Overwatch MSP contact. You may also start a conversation by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2.3 Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your requests and the work we are doing for you.
2.4 Costs. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Overwatch MSP does not charge for text messages.
2.5 Opt out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you. You can rejoin by texting us or by asking your Overwatch MSP contact to turn messaging back on.
2.6 Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@overwatchmsp.com or (470) 607-0208.
2.7 Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and your device and coverage.
2.8 Privacy. How we handle your mobile number and messaging data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
2.9 Security. Text messages are not encrypted. Please do not send passwords, full account numbers or other sensitive information by text.
Disclaimers and Limits of Liability
3.1 The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Overwatch MSP disclaims all warranties about the website, express or implied.
3.2 To the fullest extent allowed by law, Overwatch MSP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the text messaging program.

4.1 Our website may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes to These Terms

6.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
